Preparing for 5785: Join HaNefesh for the High Holy Days

Welcome to HaNefesh High Holy Days

Celebrate with Us: In-Person and Online Services

A Message from Rabbi Heidi and Jodi

Warm Greetings and Excitement for the High Holy Days

Shalom All!

Another year approaches and we are excited to gather for our High Holy Days. Together we will embrace 5785 with joy, music, and engagement through both in-person services at a beautiful venue and online participation for everyone. Below you will find all the important information about our services and how you can comfortably and safely engage with us.

If you wish to attend in person, registration is required so we can ensure the safety and security of all attendees. The specific service location will be provided to all registrants.

Online services and programming will also be available via Zoom allowing you to seamlessly mix and match between in-person and online participation. For instance, you can join the live stream for Erev Rosh Hashanah and attend in person for Rosh Hashanah morning.

We will send you a reminder about your registered services a week before Rosh Hashanah and again before Yom Kippur which will include either the physical address or the Zoom link. Please remember that only those who have pre-registered will be admitted to in-person services.

High Holy Days are included for all our HaNefesh Supporters. If you are unsure about your current financial support status we will reach out to you after your registration. If you are not currently a financial supporter we invite you to become one to help sustain the meaningful work of HaNefesh. We suggest a guideline of $180 per month but recognize that contributions vary. Every gift is a valued contribution towards the continuity of HaNefesh. If you would like to join us solely for the High Holy Days we ask for a donation of $360 to assist with our expenses.

Should you have any questions or need assistance with your High Holy Days registration please feel free to reach out to us via email or call 714-699-4827.

Shanah Tovah,
Rabbi Heidi and Jodi
